So last night, after I brought Einstein in from spider-watching outside on the porch, I came inside and fell asleep on the couch. When I woke up around 2:45 a.m., there was a very loud noise, a vibrational kind of motor sound.
Suddenly I realized Coco was sitting on my stomach, purring like a late-night fiend — so loudly she woke me up! She was making biscuits on my belly like cats do when they are happy, and so I petted her and wished her Happy Birthday. Yes, it’s Coco’s birthday too. (Yes, I celebrate all their birthdays once a year to keep things easy and always during my own birthday month.)
Now today, after her nocturnal kneading kept us both up all night, she’s dozing on a cushion outside on the patio, while I’m inside pseudo-working.

And, you know it’s just going to get worse and worse until the we get a president that is not only arrogant, but incompetent as well.
