Monday, October 18, 530 to 7 pm, I’m going to be at the Old Salty Dog on Siesta Key, chatting with area residents and voters and listening to Nancy Feehan — candidate for State House District 70 Representative. I’ll be making introductory remarks (brief!) and then Nancy will chat for a few minutes. Gene Jones, President of Florida Veterans for Common Sense will say a few closing words.
There will be free munchies provided by the Salty Dog; cash bar — and lots of good conversation. I hope you’ll come out! To RSVP (so we can give a head count to the Salty Dog folks), you can leave a blog comment here until noon on Monday). But even if you don’t/can’t RSVP by then, come on out at 5:30!
Nancy Feehan has been endorsed by the Sarasota Herald Tribune, the Venice Gondolier Sun, and the North Port Sun. In my opinion, she’s the right person to represent District 70 in Tallahassee. Even if you can’t make it Monday — I encourage you to learn more about her, and yes, I recommend voting for her as well!
