You’ll have to click on the link above because I can’t even bring myself to write about it, it’s soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pathetically bourgouis, so brainless, so baa-baa BORING.
Well, I guess I can write this — part of me hopes Kagan IS gay. And that if she is, she comes out and says, “Yeah, so what?”

May 12, 2010 at 11:49 amI think she IS gay..not that there is anything wrong with it…I am nominating JWP to do some research in this matter and see what team she really does play for…….BTW not that it matters but I think one has to have some experience being a judge before being nominated for the Supreme Court.I know there are exceptions but just my opinion. She is a brilliant person for sure ,but for me it is just another easy pick for BO and there were so many other great candidates..

May 12, 2010 at 2:48 pmA previous role as a Judge on the bench of the lower courts is neither helpfull or a hinderance in the role of a Supreme Court Judge. As the job is to adjudicate points of Law regarding the interpretation of the Constitution of the United States.

May 13, 2010 at 2:38 pmI would rather have a Constitutional Scholar over a trial lawyer made Judge by political favoritism in a position on the Supreme Court, no matter the sexual persuasion.

May 14, 2010 at 12:52 pmWell I guess you are in love with Scalia JP.I really get your point and I see it both ways.I personally like John Roberts who was only a judge a few years before he was nominated to the SC.
